$1,200,000,000 flagship dairy processing and manufacturing campus at the Griffiss Business and Technology Park Triangle Site in the City of Rome. Designed as the largest dairy manufacturing plant in U.S. history. Oneida County adopted the Preliminary Inducement Resolution on May 23, 2025 (including an estimated $51,625,000 sales tax exemption and agreement), prepared the Final Authorizing Resolution in June 2025, and reviewed an expanded campus layout extending onto adjacent golf course land (requiring two leases and two PILOTs) on November 18, 2025.
